Step Digital collects only what it needs to run the business and its own advertising.

What’s collected. The details you enter when booking a call through Calendly (your name, email, and the answers you give, like your store URL and monthly ad spend), and standard analytics events from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (page views and bookings) used to understand how this site is used and to run and measure ads for Step Digital. Microsoft Clarity also records how pages are used, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to show where the site is confusing. Clarity masks text you type, and these recordings are never linked to you by name.

Why. To prepare for and schedule your call, and to measure whether the ads that brought you here are working.

What’s not done. Your information is never sold, and never shared beyond the tools named above.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets measurement cookies, Microsoft Clarity sets session-recording cookies, and the Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies. The Calendly booking widget on the audit page sets its own cookies and runs its own analytics under Calendly’s privacy policy, and calls run on Zoom under Zoom’s. Nothing else is set by this site.
